Media Director

  • Supervise agency media programs, establish media goals and objectives, and implement agency?s media strategy; guide and coach media planning and buying activities
  • Research and analyze trends, innovations and industry changes, as well as demographic data and consumer profiles pertaining to clients? target audiences for all media channels to enable successful delivery of the most strategic, innovative media plans for client
  • Develop and supervise media budgets and schedules, negotiate advertising deals, and oversee media agreements and contracts with external vendors to ensure media strategies are delivered on time and on budget
  • Present corporate media plan to senior executives for approval of budget and schedule
  • Maintain responsibility for intimate understanding of what returns and results are achieved based on spending investment, and modifying recommendations accordingly
  • Ensure data and results are captured for all activities
  • Partner with external media vendors to co-create new, innovative plans and program


Media Director

  • Bachelor?s degree in commerce, marketing, business or related field; Master?s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of comprehensive media experience and strong mathematical ability
