Interactive Director

  • I plan, coordinate and direct the development and delivery of interactive advertising activities, and maintain responsibility for quality assurance
  • I oversee a team of interactive strategists, designers, web developers, programmers, user interface and user experience specialists to deliver innovative interactive solutions that are engaging, strategic, and directly respond to a client?s business needs
  • I ensure digital/online ideas and opportunities are not islands unto themselves, but link with all other touch points and channels the agency recommends in an overall plan
  • I conduct and analyze marketing and advertising research online, to inform the development of new tools, approaches, processes and strategy that ensure the interactive team is always on the cutting edge of digital solutions and can deliver them effectively to the client
  • I collaborate with team leaders across creative, media and production departments to ensure integration of strategy and branding across teams
  • I develop and implement training and information sessions to bolster skills, knowledge and productivity and maintain ongoing development for interactive production staff
  • I promote interactive services by educating account management and clients on the latest and greatest in digital solution innovation

Qualifications

Interactive Director

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field, or a field with an emphasis on interactive development
  • 7+ years experience in an interactive management position
