Business Development Manager

  • I define goals and set strategies for business development activities that address annual sales targets and align with agency principles
  • I initiate, develop, foster and transform new business accounts into new clients for the agency
  • I coordinate all stages of the pitching process including cold solicitations, preparation of pitch materials and delivery of presentations, and follow-up contact
  • I develop and maintain a database of prospective clients, industry, market, financial and demographic information
  • I prepare and circulate periodic new business status reports internally
  • I raise my agency?s profile through development of marketing materials, entering awards, and other PR initiatives

Qualifications

Business Development Manager

  • Bachelor?s degree required in business, commerce, or related field; MBA desirable
  • 3+ years experience in business development
